At Wellcome, we believe in the power of ideas to improve health. We support thousands of scientists and researchers in more than 70 countries, as well as innovators, educators and artists.
The way we fund research is changing to support our new strategy. A simplified set of funding schemes will be open for applications in summer 2021.
Our current funding schemes will close during 2021. Most will be open for one or two more application rounds, depending on the scheme. Check the relevant scheme pages for application deadlines.
