Requests for proposals: applying diversity and inclusion principles to our policy and advocacy work
We want to continually improve, and make sure our policy and advocacy work is as inclusive, equitable and impactful as it can be. To do this, we’re looking to commission work in four areas, to identify where improvements could be made.
Wellcome’s Policy and Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships (GRSP) teams work closely together to improve global health policies, campaign for their adoption and build partnerships.

We want to improve the diversity of professional experience and understanding of diversity and inclusion within the Policy and GRSP teams, for example by identifying needs and producing recommendations for a learning and development programme.

We want to review how we embed diverse perspectives, equitable practices and anti-racist principles into our externally-facing activities, such as events, commissioned work and partnership development.
