Wellcome’s Policy and Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships (GRSP) teams work closely together to improve global health policies, campaign for their adoption and build partnerships. 

We want to continually improve, and make sure our policy and advocacy work is as inclusive, equitable and impactful as it can be. To do this, we’re looking to commission work in four areas.

We want to improve the diversity of professional experience and understanding of diversity and inclusion within the Policy and GRSP teams, for example by identifying needs and producing recommendations for a learning and development programme.
